Feijoa Accesories is placed in the first quadrant of the Grand Strategy Matrix, as it has shown to be at a rapid market growth (because of the innovative products) and in a strong competitive position (because of the low quantity of competitors). Previous information has told us that we compete in a high-growth industry and we also have competitive profiles. We are in an excellent  strategic position, market penetration and market development  are appropiate strategies for our company. Even though we are too heavily committed to a single product, we can use diversification, which may reduce the risk, in this case our men's wallets or another product such as the clutch, all associated with the companies product line.
