STRATEGIES

  • Have a market penetration so big, that it make us the leading Company of the market we are going to be. By implementing innovative products that fulfil the needs and wants of our customers.

  • Work by the hand of artisans, using their knowledge to understand how to use the materials, therefore how to improve techniques and process of manufacturing.

  • By creating new techniques, that goes farther than actuals, like using 3D printers to do accessories, but with recycled materials and not the usual ones. Innovation depends on the use of new techniques and technologies, which can help us, even if their use is not really clear to the industry or the products we make.

  • Hiring local hand work mainly for the manufacturing process, giving them an appropriated treatment, fair salaries and compensation, basically aligning their goals, needs, wants and objective with the company’s objectives. This also mean to give them the best conditions we can, but without compromising the integrity of the organization.

  • After a market penetration, try to get regional by selling our products via internet to other regions, like chia, and near cities or tows. With the time and help on national post services, get to the principal cities, after collecting enough competitive power, try to reach international markets through online platforms, like OLX, EBay, Amazon, Mercado Libre, by focusing on the near countries, because it will allow  to have an easier entry in their markets.

  • Use a CMR strategy so we can get to know what really wants and needs or clients have, by getting in touch with them, and obtaining loyalty from them in return, which is a key to grow in the market.

  • By using the innovate techniques, stablish as a priority the optimal resource management, allowing us to reduce or even eliminate the wastes, that manufacturing process leaves. Also using the wastes as materials for production new elements, also reducing on that way the expenses the company might have.
